They stand by the warranty

We purchased our humidifier 01/06/2020. We had maintained the paperwork and manual since we would refer to it to clean it to put it away for the season. This year when we started it, it would not put out the strong mist it had before and finally went to producing no mist. We contacted the website and received an immediate response. We did as they recommended trying to get it to work, which it did for about 15 minutes, then back to no mist. We contacted them again, sent the necessary documentation and we are not being shipped a new one. How wonderful and refreshing to deal with a company so efficient and who stands by their product. One of the reasons for our purchase was the 5 year warranty. We are Pure Enrichment customers forever now! Oh and we love how quiet it is.

Fantastic humidifier! 5 stars!

I live in Arizona and it's an extremely dry climate. This unit has great reviews so I decided to purchase it. I put it together last night and I couldn't believe how silent it was. I set it up near my bed and let it do its job. I woke up the next morning very refreshed and felt like I had one of the best night sleeps in a long time. I'm extremely satisfied so far! It's a wonderful product and I highly recommend. Go get it!

The humidifier has enough capacity to run all night when I am sleeping. It is very quiet, and it's easy to adjust the volume of the mist. I am very pleased with it.

My only issue with this product is fine white film on my furnishings. However, customer service was awsome to work with.

Terrific performance from this product

I've had a couple of different humidifiers and this is the best one by far! It has a large water capacity and is easy to fill. It lasts for hours. The best part is that it is pretty quite. And it is easy to clean. Also, the price is very reasonable. I have been happy with it and the customer service is just great.

I bought the above item over a year with no problems, working great. But now the product is making loud noise when turning on, spoke to one their representative nice lady very friendly, told me I should be getting a replacement. Job well done for customer service and outstanding return policy.

I bought this last September it worked great. This fall it worked two days and now it won’t turn on. I spoke to one their representative nice lady very friendly, told me I should be getting a replacement. Job well done for customer service and outstanding return policy.
