Small and quiet

We recently purchase Hume Ultrasonic cool mist humidifier. We like that it is small, quiet and puts out a good amount of mist. We went out of town and liked how it turned off when it ran out of water. So far we enjoy it very much.

I love this humidifier. I have bought several over the years at different price points. The Ultrasonic cool mist humidifier is affordable and efficient for the bedroom. One of the selling points for me was the ability to wash it inside. Living in NYC, decalcifying is an ongoing task, and this feature makes it so much easier to clean. Also, the filter is affordable. I will get another one to replace the boneco slowly dying in the other room.

I have been using the product for several days and am very satisfied with it. It's easy to clean and doesn't get mold easily as long as you use the filter and change the water every day. If you don't run the machine on a daily basis, it's better to empty the tank to avoid mold. The matching filter is very effective in eliminating white dust - I haven't noticed any in the past few days. The machine is also on the quieter side and it's good for use at night. Finally, one tank of water lasts for at least 12 hours on low. Make sure to use filtered water and a filter to avoid the trouble of dealing with mold!

Awesome and quiet!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Burning a wood fire for heat had dried the air to the point we all had itchy skin. We’ve been using the HUME Ultrasonic cool mist humidifier for a couple weeks now and I’ve noticed a huge improvement. It is so easy to use right out of the box, has a large reservoir and automatically turns off the mist if it runs out of water. I’m thinking of using it around my houseplants and garden starts this spring to give them a little boost too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This humidifier works great. It is easy to use. When flipping the tank over water does not leak out! So no mess. It lasted all night. It has a sleek design. My only dislike is the light that indicates if it is on. When using st night it is pretty bright. But it was easy covered.

I received the Hume cool mist humidifier the other day. I have been using it daily in my Livingroom and It seems to be a nice product. I am using distilled water instead of tap.
