Great Humidifier! Bad Customer Service!

After a couple of weeks doing research for a good humidifier I am glad I come across this great option. Would of given 5 ⭐️’s if customer service worked with me due to the unit not working properly. Took pictures,video & all the info as was asked & nothing.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We received this humidifier as a gift awhile ago and recently started using it every night. The results have been noticeable and immediate. Living in a dry state, this humidifier has been a game changer for our family. Though we recently ran into some issues with our humidifier, the Pure Enrichment customer service team has been incredibly responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend this product!

This HUME XL PRO humidifier is the best humidifer we have had yet. It puts out two plumes of mist, with both the direction and the amount being adjustable. It has a large tank, and can produce cool or warm mist. It can automatically optimize the comfort humidity level based on the room temperature, or you can override that and set the humidity level manually. It is exactly what we wanted and just excellent all the way.

Love this humidifier except for Refilling the tank

I love everything about this unit with the exception that when you remove the tank to refill the water, the residual water at the bottom of the tank leaks all over the place and makes a mess. For this reason I gave it four stars instead of five.
