Received the Hume Max Top Fill Humidifier as a gift. It has helped me sleep so much better. It is quiet and the night light is a bonus.
You just have to occasionally clean the air vents on the bottom of the unit because even if the unit is placed on a hard surface, lint and dust will tend to clog the little openings over time.

Good Until It Shorted Out

I bought the unit over Thanksgiving 2021 and it worked until April 2023; so I have to say I got "adequate" use of it. Then, I turned the unit on, heard a sizzle and then a loud pop, and my circuit breakers clicked in the living room. Customer service was great- they are sending out a new model.

Perfect for my baby's room

I got this humidifier at my baby shower and I'm so glad I did. It worked perfectly in my baby's room this winter. Easy to fill up each day and very easy to clean which is important to me. I will be getting one for my room for sure!

Having health issues with my breathing, at night when the condition worsens, I have been relying on my HUME Max Top to relieve me of the heavy congestion that occurs when lying in bed. After a year of nightly use, the tank developed a hairline crack in the base, causing a leak and compromising the function of the mister. I contacted Pure Enrichment Support hoping to get a replacement for the tank only. Because of my financial situation, It would be difficult to buy a new one.
I got an email reply the following day from Angelou at support informing me they do not have just the replacement tanks for sale but were happy to help and be of assistance. I replied to their request for information about the purchase and a photo identifying the problem.
To my surprise ... my big surprise, I received an email soon after from Angelou saying I will be receiving my new HUME Max Top in several days ... with expeditated shipping too.
I can't thank them enough for the use of such a helpful product and for receiving great support from a company that cares!
A 100% Yes!

I love my Hume Max Top Fill Humidifier. Quiet and efficient it is one of the best products I have in my home to add moisture to our air in Arizona.

A great humidifier!

This humidifier has been great for use in our baby's room. It has made living in the desert much easier! The biggest benefit of this specific model is how easy it is to clean. We've had mold grow in other humidifiers likely from not being cleaned well enough, because they were hard to clean. No such problems with this humidifier! Definitely recommend this model if you're looking!

Works well, even when not operating correctly

We have had this humidifier for about a year in our kids room. It is usually only ran every night. This last week it has become noticeably louder when operating, but is still producing a good amount of humidity. I believe part of this issue is that our water is a little too hard. We have kept everything clean that we can see, but I believe the issue in in the base. Called customer service today and was told we will be receiving a replacement free of charge.
