it works as advertised which is why I gave it four stars. The only minor thing I would address is if it tilts too far backwards when using with the keyboard, the magnets won’t keep it from disengaging from the keyboard. The overall weight is a little more than I would like, but certainly not a deal breaker. For the money, I would certainly recommend it.

I love that I can detach the keyboard or keep it in place to use as a stand. Magnetic closing works well and it holds the pencil perfectly as well.

Great keyboard, the keys feel like a normal keyboard with a good click. The only problem is if you use it on your lap the ipad is too heavy and wants to fall backwards.

Decent KB

So I recently purchased this KB, I wasn’t sure if I was going to like it. I would have preferred more color choices of the material itself. The light up keys was one of the factors I was looking for as well as something that feels sturdy. I was not disappointed by either. I love that I can change the color of the light up keys as well as have 3 settings of brightness for each. As far as sturdiness, this keyboard states it has a 6 foot 6 inch drop rating. I have no intentions of testing it, but have no doubt it would hold up just fine. I like that my ipad has its own case that surrounds the edges, I do not like the idea of just a magnet holding it and hope like heck it is safe. The KB case in and of itself is a little weighty. Plus the added weight of the tablet itself does not help. But, overall the KB case is great, pairing was a breeze, and IMO a worthwhile purchase.

Inconsistent and too heavy

The keypad does not sync well to the iPad It often skips around with the cursor while typing. Also the stand does not hold well when typing. Top part is too heavy and does not stay connected to iPad well. Magnetic portion to the iPad and keyboard needs to be strong. Like the protection and pencil holder but makes it too heavy and bulky.
