Protects the iPad nicely, keyboard works great. Touch pad is very sensitive, it’s good to be able to turn it off when you don’t need it. Only downside is the weight. It’s a hit on the heavy side.

Really love the springy feel of the keys and the overall design of the case. Importantly, the keyboard still works even if the iPad is separated from the case, and the space occupied by the trackpad provides a wrist rest that can’t be found on some other cases.
So far no buggy issues with BT dropping and need to constantly re-pair with the iPad so I’m really pleased with the reliability.

Very friendly customer support but I can’t give a good review when I haven’t even got my product yet and they asked me to review it. I ordered it 3 weeks ago and still no sign of my keyboard… Will change review once i get the keyboard and use it

Great Keyboard and Case

I have used Zagg for every cover I have had on any iPad that I have had. I've had a mini, 9.7" and now have 11" pro. They keyboard has the best functionality in my opinion out of any one of them out there in the market. My issue is with the trackpad. The clicks are great and you can click on any surface of the trackpad but there is a significant lag when scrolling on web pages or reading articles.

Pro keys w/track pad and pro stylus

I have had ZAGG products before so i expected great quality. This product lived up to that standard. The case and keyboard have performed well except for one minor glitch: one of the keys malfunctioned and needs to be replaced. Customer service was on it and will send a new key. Customer service is always important and, in my experience, ZAGG has knowledge and concerned folks representing them so 5 stars to CS. (The function of the key is still good). Materials, fit and finish are all of high quality and I believe my device is well protected. There can be a bit of lag time between the keyboard and iPad but only after standing idle for a while. Key action is very good to me and the various function keys are very useful. The pro pencil works about as well as an Apple Pencil and i use both ends frequently.
The use of magnets for angle adjustment and even on the pencil are very good and almost satisfying to use.
There is the weight and thickness tradeoff but unless one makes a cover/keyboard out of titanium there is no way around that. Well worth the trade off. Overall, I would give 4.9 stars.
