Very happy with Garmin glad I got the 9" with side view. Amazing clarity on clear vu and side scan. Nice big screen to see lots of detail.

I love the technology and the ease of use. Garmin has provided very useful tutorial videos for guys like me who are just getting back into fishing and learning the electronic age we are in. It’s fascinating how good this unit is and how customizable it can be.

I’m very dissatisfied until you read the fine print you wouldn’t know it. It’s not compatible with the echo map versions that I already have very dissatisfied. Waste of money. I wish I hadn’t gotten the Striker and just gotten another echomap ultra 2 so my console would communicate with my front echomap. Dang I waisted my money.

This is without a doubt a great fish finder, the 9” screen is sharp and easy to see from anywhere on the boat. I love being able to see the bottom and having both side. Scan and down scan I can see the structure where the fish are.

Maps are Awful. Just Get The Lowrance

Getting maps to work is a bit of a process and not very user friendly. Got a lowrance for pretty much the same price and it works so much better. Save yourself the headache and just get the lowrance.

I bought one about a month ago the only down fall I see is the maps available and info compared to same money competitors. Wish I could return.
