I have to say I am impressed with the quality and functionality of this stove. The fan allows you to control the airflow which controls the flame/ temp. It charges the charging box effectively and works as described! Extremely pumped to continue to use this product!

Absolutely fantastic car camping stove and cook system! I really love starting the fire with some wood pellets then fueling it with dry twigs. The system burns hot, and will boil water in a bout 4 minutes. The battery charges quickly while the stove is burning fuel, and you can easily charge an electronic device while cooking a meal. It is less bulky than a coleman propane stove and stores easily and compactly.

Great product, wicked for charging devices with fire. A little heavy, but I still backpack with it. My complaint is, with the bundle you get the plastic cup and French press, I wish biolite would make the cup a tiny bit bigger, so the French press can fit inside it. Therefore you could pack both instead of picking one or the other. Because there is definitely room to fit both, the cup just has a inner ring that prevents it. I just bring the French press because I have my own metal canteen for coffee. Also, with pellets, it becomes smoky, and fire will go out unless adding a little bit at a time. Real wood works the best, just burns faster. All in all, this is a awesome product and perfect for a bug out bag or just plain camping/backpacking. Would recommend, simply for comfort in the woods.

Don't go for the barbecue set, the rest is good.

The barbecue add-on was very difficult to cook with, generally weak or uneven heat, very unstable and flimsy legs making an even surface (and the even distribution of convection heat) near impossible, and it was a horror to clean after cooking. The burn-chamber is also very small and hence need close and constant surveillance and refeeding to keep cooking going.
The stove works well for boiling water though and the fan-augmented heat (and sometimes) smoke-free air and battery storage and recharge potential were nifty features.
Be extremely careful with wind direction, as if flames ever go above the yellow pack it very easily discolour (happened on 1st try).
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this a month ago, I finally got to cook some hot dogs and peppers on it, this thing gets hot burning oak. The cap on the grill was glowing red hot. Plus you can see pure carbon reignite mid air, love this campstove, "Highly Recommended"

Bought this as a gift for my son's 12th birthday. He absolutely loves it. He loves cooking hot dogs, brats, and burgers on the grill and boiling water in the kettle to make Mac n cheese.
