Everything needed for off grid cabin…..

But it does not like the cold. Loved it this past spring, summer, and early fall. Worked without any issues. Then it got cold. Had the solar panel in the direct sun for hours on a 30 degree day and it only went up one bar. The main panel is inside with the heat and solar panel outside. I understand supplementing with a/c on a cloudy day but not on a sunny day. Now I am back to using lanterns and flashlights.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Radio gets no fm signal

The lighting system worked great charged very quickly. Motion sensor works great. The radio worked outside of my toy hauler trailer but when I moved it inside my trailer, nothing. No radio signal at all. I even drilled a hole through the wall and ran the antenna wire to outside and still nothing. Looking for suggestions to increase radio signal to unit that's inside my metal trailer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is a great little system. It will light up your off grid camp enough to make you think your at home. On a full charge it lasts most of the night. The radio is a nice feature and adds to that at home feeling. Portable, powerful and not TOO big. Just what i needed!

Great for off the Grid

We are off the grid an love this product. The solar panel does not work great, as it does not always charge. Charge it at home before we go camping. We will also use a generator for an hour a day charges the battery. The lights work very well in the evening, even in the winter, which can get very cold. Use it in different areas. Would love to add one more light onto it, but not sold separately.

So far, I'm really happy with the solar home 620+. We have it hooked up at our off grid tiny house in NW Ontario Canada. The solar panel is pretty efficient at charging to lights and they do a great job of lighting our interior. We had lots of cord to place the lights where we wanted them and the radio gets a great signal (even better than I get in my vehicle out here). I rated 4 stars because they took the mp3 option out of this model (which I was hoping to have) and I find the lights a bit small and lightweight (I think they would hang better if they had some more heft to them).

i got this about a year ago. Very happy with it.You must check it every 30 days to keep the battery charged up. I live in fl where hurricanes come often. At the price...a value really.

Works great. Tried it out on the front porch for a few weeks before installing in the garage out back. Nice to have the motion sensor come on when you open the door and give enough light to see. Between the motion sensor and the base unit the 2 lights give off enough light to see what your doing at ground level. I mounted the other 2 up in the loft where they give off plenty of light to find what your looking for. We've got bad radio reception up here but it does manage to pick up one local station that I'll listen to. A better mount for the solar panel would be nice
