I've securely set the lights and lights and base up on our lanai, and have the solar panel easily removable so I can bring it in to protect it from a storm. Works great. I wish there was a way to make all the lights come on at dusk for a couple hours.

In 2022, I purchased 3 sets of SolarHome 620+ lights for my home in rural southern Malawi where we experience numerous random power outages. Literally stuck the solar panels up on the roof, ran the wires, hung the lights and haven't touched them since. I have had absolutely no problems, use them daily and couldn't be more pleased. The only problem I had was when my dog chewed through one of the wires, pretty sure that's not covered under warranty!! My only suggestion would be to have white wires instead of black so they blend into the ceiling better. Thanks for an amazing product!

The battery does not hold a charge for as long as advertised. I suspect ambient temperatures below 55 degrees Fahrenheit drain the battery

great product - except in cold Canadian winters

I got this product about 5 years ago thru an employee awards program. It has worked great in my small off-grid cabin. Lots of cable to string the 3 lights so you can place them where needed. I bought the a/c charger and it's a god send when there isn't enough sun at the cabin to charge it using the panel that comes with it. I use solar to power my cabin. The only downfall for the product, and the company mentions it, is the battery life in the cold Canadian winter is next to zero. I have a wood stove in my cabin, and it stays warm, but it's not enough to keep this charged. 3 seasons out of 4 it is great.
