Perfect Size for Travelling Super Light for 2-3 Days

I own several Nomatic Bags, including the 40L traveller, but I wanted something a bit more compact and light weight for super short trips, something where I can get two changes of clothes and all my most important electronics with me, and still have space for water, wallet, etc. Something that I can put in the overhead compartment, or underneath the seat in front. This bag is ideal! I recently used it for a three day trip to another province for a surgery. I didn't need much, just my laptop, headphones, water bottle some clothes, and a rain coat. The biggest surprise feature I ended up using was the outside straps. I like to carry a bigger than usual water bottle, especially if I'm taking transit, so I was able to clip a 50oz water bottle to the top handle using a carabiner, but then cinch it tight to the back so it wouldn't bounce around while I was walking using the crisscrossing retention straps. Those straps give you added space for carrying big items, like oversized water bottles, or a spare coat, without forcing you to go to a bigger bag. And being able to expand it out to 37L litres means you can make it significantly bigger if you need it, but it stays nice and small when you don't. I love how rigid and tough it is, and I feel like my laptop and iPad are both safe inside.

I fixed the dent!

I was able to fix the dent by stuffing the bag with a pillow and using a personal steamer on the dented section. I took a few passes but within 30 min the dent was gone for good.

People are buying this bag for the look. It looks horrible with a dent in the front. This is the number 1 complaint since it's inception. Please fix the dent!

Great But Small

I actually love this backpack. It's great for the daily commuter, but it is fairly small. It's just barely too small for the laptop that I use for gaming/work and the water bottle holder is too small for a 32L and even smaller Hydroflask. I would recommend this bag to anyone that uses either an apple or a 15" laptop.
