Good, but not for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tried this, but not for me. I like structure in a bag, but this is just too rigid. Also, the water bottle pouch can be tough to maneuver depending on the size of bottle you use. Organization is good, straps are nicely padded, but again, they're just too stiff.
The products are quality, but after trying the travel pack and this, Nomatic are just not for me.

Great compact commuter backpack

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this for the purpose of having a low footprint, slim, durable backpack I can use to commute to and from work in NYC. This backpack lives up to that use case.
It holds my 14 inch laptop, wireless mouse, laptop charger, keys, wallet, hand sanitizer, umbrella, bottle of water, over ear headphones, chat headset, and a roll up fleece jacket. I pretty much always keep it expanded to max capacity. There are plenty of pockets and features but be warned that when you pack out the main compartment, it gets tight to access the internal pockets. So its great for just packing it out with the intention of completely unpacking at your destination. But limiting on access if you are trying to get something out of the internal pockets.
With that being said, the external pockets are very easy to access, even while keeping the backpack on one shoulder. The top pocket is a bit small (really meant for sunglasses and a few small things) and the front pocket is tight/slim but accessible for things like keys/wallets, etc.
The side pocket for the waterbottle is actually really neat and I didn’t notice it taking up too much space internally. I use it for both a waterbottle and small packable umbrella. Its also a little tight. I would have liked a separate pocket for an umbrella in addition to the waterbottle pocket. But it works well enough as is and has a drainage hole which is nice.
Overall, in actually very happy with this backpack and my gripes are easy to adjust to. Materials feel great and feels like it will last me a very long time.

Exactly what I was looking for

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do a lot of international travel, and using my backpack, and effectively storing what I need as I travel to and around those countries is incredibly important.
I tried another company's backpack that was similar however, clearly not as well thought out as Nomatic's (this one was sold out when I was looking for a backback).
While it was about the same size (listing at 15L), it was its lack of well thought out design that made it so that I couldn't fit, nor organize as well as well as I can with the Navigator. I'm bummed I wasted my money on the other, but super glad I found this.
Honestly, I don't have anything I'd change. I was able to quickly figure out where I specifically wanted things for my travel, and each spot has a specific use. There isn't any wasted space, and I feel much more organized. Operates great, and looks great too.
Special note, I even used this in the snow when I went treking in Wisconsin - I wasn't jazzed about having to use it, but it was a last minute thing. Thought that the snow/water/camping use and tear would ruin its professional look. Nope. Withstanding 2-10 degree weather and in the snow and this totally still looks brand new.

Excellent backpack, I haven’t travel with it but what I have seen it is the perfect back pack for light/short trips, when you do not need a large backpack and still carry all your needs.
