warrrentee ? how do I get it replaced

My pan got scratched bu a plastic knife . I have been trying to reach the Cirulon about the warrentee and got no responce. Loved the pan until I tryed to get it replaced and feel egnored. Please contact me about replacing the pan under warrentee if you dare or are you ones who don't honor your own product..

The pans have a nice look and cook well but they cut corners on the lids with no vent and not enough handle insulation
