My machine works very well! It's extremely easy to use. The only thing is that when it heats the water it makes a very loud, slightly annoying sound, but I can get over that. Also, even when I pull out the drip tray my travel mug does not fit underneath it. It works great for regular coffee mugs and tea cups though. Overall, a great product!
Pros: Fast, Durable, Easy to use
Cons: Limited Cup Sizes, Noisy
