Product is nice and clean. We have enjoyed the vent hood. Has good power to keep smoke from going into living room.

Terrible vibrating noise

This was already installed in a brand new home we purchased - can’t use the fan higher than the low setting because of terrible loud vibrations. Not functional at all.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Just what we needed

We needed a new hood for our remodel and wanted a more industrial look. This one filled the bill. The lights could be brighter and the fan on low could be just a bit quieter, but it does what it's supposed to do. It's WiFi enabled but to get the information you have to look up into the top of the hood to get the password. We finally had to shove our phone up there and take a picture to get the information. Mounting the info lower sure would be nice.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Four out of four had damaged finish

The home builder selected this model as part of an upgraded appliances package. The original unit had minor scratches, but it was damaged further while fixing cabinet issues. All three of the replacement units had damage to the finish: one had a major "ding" in the metal and two had multiple scratches. The way the hood is packed provides only minimal protection to the face of the hood.
It operated well for the few months before the initial replacement, but I have been without a hood for over four months while the builder tries to get one that isn't damaged.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
