Defective Filter Knob on New Unit

Been using this range hood for about six months now, and overall it functions well with no major issues.
Cleaning the baffle filters is expected maintenance, but I did notice a quality concern right away. When we removed the filters for the first time, one of them already had a faulty knob mechanism for installation/removal. It wasn’t due to mishandling—it just came that way. Unfortunately, despite being nearly new, I now have to purchase a replacement filter.

Great look however the tag with serial number was removed after install. We have the model number, UVW93042PSS . How to get serial number please??

Good looking but do need changes

For the cost, it does not have a wow factor. Looks good due to the high slope of the front.
It is quiet. Time will tell whether it is durable or not.
Push buttons for the light, fan speed, and off are just too small. Can't see the labels unless I strain my eyes. I guess once I am familiar with the positions of the buttons, I can find them better. (really?) Need to design them to be more visible. I am short and yet cannot see the buttons unless I stoop to find them. Wonder how that affects tall people? Don't put them in front, just mount them where a normal cook can see them without peeking up.

Awesome looking hood

Purchased all new Cafe appliances for my kitchen remodel and wanted to do more than a microwave/hood combo. Looks amazing with the new range and adds a lot to the look of the overall kitchen.

Sleek modern look

Sleek modern look. The vent design could be better…they fall out rather easily. There are also two diagonal “stripes” across the front that are a shade lighter, only visible from certain angles. Haven’t been able to figure out what caused them or how to remove them. Not the end of the world unless you’re super picky, but I expected better for the price.
