Pretty hood - awful instructions

The manual is severely lacking for installation, especially when doing a rear-vent install. Would not purchase again.

I am very disappointed with the unit. It is supposed to have 590CFM's but it does a very poor job at expelling odors from the range. It is loud and rattles. It is definitely not worth the money.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Clean and minimalist

Good features, good air movement, quiet. Biggest gripe is the lack of light from the units. Very dim, only 2 settings, should consider a rolling dimmer for better control.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Beautiful Hood - with 1 Caveat

This hood is listed on your website as 600 CFM's - but the specifications list the highest CFM possible at 390. I believe this is a misprint.
When you wish to wall mount this hood, and vent out the exterior, there is no flange or cover for the top of the hood, do you manufacture a part for this?

How to clean

We absolutely love our range and get so many compliments on it from guests. We recently have been trying to clean the filters and have had an extremely hard time getting them out and placing them back in. It’s like the knobs don’t turn to pop them out? Any help would be great.

Quiet and awesome

We knew it worked great when we cooked a whole package of bacon for breakfast, left for the day, and came back to no bacon smell at home! This hood is awesome. It's also pretty quiet. It also gets many compliments for its handsome and simple appearance.
I would recommend this to a friend!
