Disappointed

We bought this over the summer from a retail store, and we’re so excited to start putting it together. Everything was so neat and organized in the box it seemed very straightforward. Once we began assembling, we were very disappointed to find we were missing 2 parts! It has since been sitting in our spare room looking so sad and unfinished. We’re hoping the company can do the right thing and remedy this situation by sending us replacement parts.
