i wanted to love it so badly since i'm a die hard samsung customer. the picture is amazing and my battery life is great. i've had this since xmas and i don't use it much at all. the main complaint i have is the volume on it sucks!! even the highest setting isn't very loud at all! i have to use my ear buds to hear anything. i have also noticed that when i watch some streaming sites, the screen is really dark! i've tried everything to fix it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have nothing but love for this laptop. The integration with my Galaxy Z-Fold 3 is incredible. If I snap a picture on my phone, it is available on my Galaxy Book Pro almost instantly. The laptop by itself is still phenomenal. It is so light that I sometimes have to double-check that it is actually in my bag. The picture quality on the OLED screen is amazing. I love watching movies on it. I do wish that it had a 4k option but that would have probably reduced battery life which is another major win for this device. I am able to easily get at least 8 hours and that is with the battery protection on that prevents me from charging past 85%.
A+ in my book.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Don't Waste Your Money!!!!

I bought this laptop a year ago and I have never hated a piece of technology more. Everything about it is awful, from the usability and specs, to the body, to the fan noise. I hate everything about it and wish I had never gotten it. It's so thin that someone dented it when they bumped into my backpack, and no, they do not make cases to protect it, probably because none would fit the thin body. The keys constantly stick, the speed is reducing by the day, the bottom panel tried to come off once, and now there's something wrong with the fan...it sounds like there's a marble in it? There's also only ONE USB port, which is ridiculous. I'm TERRIFIED to take it anywhere out side of my home, which makes the portability o a laptop completely useless. If I could return it I would. Absolutely do NOT waste your money on this thing!
