[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great machine! A bit on a heavier side (not a surprise based on specs, but the feeling under hands is noticeable compared to similar X1 carbon) still providing the needed yoga flexibility (especially selected because "stand mode" in WFH setup).
Fingerprint would be handy if located on the side of the laptop or under the screen for the apps that do not use face recognition (related to my main usage scenario - "stand mode").
It came with clean and up to date windows and everything was really allowing smooth initial setup.
I would recommend it without hesitations.

I enjoy using the built in privacy slide for the camera, finger print scanner, and the classic ThinkPad keyboard. The built-in Dolby Atmos speaker system is great for when I want to immersive myself in a movie or for when I'm trying to hear my students clearly on Zoom. The only downsides are that I wish the built-in pen wasn't so skinny and that there was a built-in play/pause button. Overall, I would highly recommend this laptop to anyone.

We only use Lenovo Thinkpad in my office but the past 2 purchases were not good. This brand new Yoga lasted only 7 working days and the display gave in already. User saw a bright flash and the screen turn black. It's going back to Lenovo for service.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
