Super Impressed with this Philips 3200

I did a lot of research into auto/semi auto machines before making a purchase of the Philips 3200. Let me tell you i couldn't be happier with it. It's so easy to use and clean! Plus makes great coffee. One of the best purchases i've made in a long time. Literally use this thing EVERYDAY. The only thing i would say is missing is if you like Flat White you will not be able to do it with this machine which i believe the 5400 can do.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Horrible experience with this machine and Philips support. Low water sensor was defective from new which caused much frustration as the machine would randomly stop functioning even mid brew. After waiting 6 weeks for repair the unit was returned and now leaks water everywhere out the bottom. Philips wants to return this lemon to the repair depot a second time without offering a replacement. Do not recommend purchasing this product based on the negative experience of poor quality control and a company that does not stand behind their product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
