I have been a big fan from evga for the video card but this x20 wireless mouse . The wheel lost the friction close to a year now . I have the 3 years also warranty . They will replace but it will be one that they repaired and ship back to you. If I know the quality from the wheel in the first place I would buy a Logitech 502 wired instead . I currently own two Logitech 502 hero and the white version and I never had any issue with there mouse in over 20 years . If I compare the quality of mouse they look very close in looks but in the end for my experience on Evga mouse I would stay away as they are still learning the ropes to compare of Logitech company .
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
