Haven’t ridden yet. Something rubs as I roll it across the floor and appears battery doesn’t charge. yes, I’ve attempted to contact. Multiple texts, email, and vociemails. vM answers but says they’re in a meeting, no call back. Email Schwann asked for proof of purchase and ID then said to contact Huffy.
I so looked forward to my new ride but now regret online purchase that takes up space in garage. :-(

So much fun to use!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This bike has been so much fun to have and is so easy to use! It makes longer bike rides so much easier and makes me more likely to bike rather than drive to local restaurants and stores. It was so easy to set up and use and it looks great!

It’s a piece of crap. The peddles are loose/mushy and are hard to use. You can’t adjust it like it says you can. My power assist went out after riding for 10 minutes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This bike is the best bike ever. It’s electric and can go 40mph which on a bike if fast. It’s even faster downhill. It took a little bit to install but absolutely love it. I definitely recommend this bike to anyone looking for one

I don't know where you guys are getting your reviews or maybe you just got good luck I have tried and tried to get a hold of customer service I written to them I explained to them I am disabled and need to be able to try to build up my muscles again and get around I was under the impression that after pedaling for so long that the bike would go on its own wow it doesn't it goes for 2 seconds and then stops I've been trying to return it so I can upgrade to another bike something that I would be more feasible to me well they want me to pay for the return they're not returning my calls not returning my emails so I'm grateful that you guys had a great experience but I was not fortunate

This bike is truly magnificent! It becomes easier and easier to operate. I was under the impression that it would have a throttle for electric assist but that isn’t the case. It assists with peddling. I’m happy with this purchase from Huffy so far. I will add that the brakes are far too squeaky and I can’t change kilometers to mph on lcd screen.
