[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a problem setting up my laptop, it just froze on the screen where it said to set up my privacy features, and asus customer service had the fix.

Seems decent at first

Only have had this a few days, but so far I've been able to load up all of my programs that I had on my previous laptop onto this one. I'm enjoying the finger touch unlock that doubles as the power button. Boot up and wake from sleep is very quick, which is important to me
