Product is great and with the nano screen it really keep glare down.

DO NOT BUY, These ipads have a serious problem. The main brain chip of computer failed, . I only had this iPad a little over a year and stopped working. I took it into an apple store and was told it would cost me $1143.00 to repair. I noticed many other complaints about this same issue about the Apple 13 ..I spoke to someone from Att and they won't back this product . I still owe $900.00 on a defective product. I spoke to a senior advisor from Apple and he will not back this product, or make things right. I know these warranties thst att offers only cover for spills and broken glass, not for a defective product like this. These iPad 13 are known for problems. I wish I would have read the reviews prior to buying.
I wanted the 1TB, so I shopped for a month. They couldn’t find one for me anywhere, but I got the 512GB one…ehhhh. Since you think you made me happy with what I really wanted can I trade mine in for the 1TB now?? Plus I’m still getting bills from T-Mobile (not good ones now, it’s been going on 3 months soon, I don’t know where my old trade in iPhone is or my 400 dollar visa debit gift card I was promised either.

It’s nice, but not noticeably different from my last iPad. The battery life is basically the same as the one I just traded in and that was the entire reason I wanted a new iPad. Handoff and continuity is much worse than my previous iPad. And to be honest…I hate how the OS uses a laptop style red X to close the app as well as the yellow and green buttons to open and make the app smaller. If I wanted laptop style mechanics I would just lug around my laptop instead of the iPad.
