I purchased this rangetop on recommendation from my appliance store. I love how easy it is to clean. The knobs on the side instead of the front make it easy to keep clean as well. The red light indicators when burners are lit is so helpful.

All the BTU's and wanted. After researching for months I settled on this model sight unseen because no dealer in my area had it for display. Picked based on all burners having the best BTU output/flexibility going really high/low of any other cooktop, and read tons of specs. I've been using it for about 6 weeks and it delivers. Love the lit knobs too. The only thing I don't like is the labels for the knobs and the brand name seem to be a sticker (they protrude when I slide my finger over it) which will wear off eventually with cleaning. My previous F&P had these etched and it I prefer that.

The cook top is nice. We have had it for about two months now. It is well built and more powerful than our 20 year old Dacor that we replaced with this one. The grates are sturdy and easy to slide a pot from burner to burner. When cleaning we use a soft soapy sponge and then wipe with a micro fiber cloth to keep it from looking smudgy. Only a couple of minor scratches near where the grates sit on lip of cook top but to be expected. We cook a lot. There is an adjustment for us as our 20 year old cook top was not as powerful so learning not to have the heat too high. While there was an issue with getting the right model(natural gas not propane) that was due to the place where we purchased making that mistake. So if you are in the USA please be aware it comes in two models.
