Trashcan came in bended on the bottom left corner, must of been bended prior to packaging into the box....since box was ok.

However I have had older models. I miss the liner. You can remove it and clean it...outside with a hose. You just can't do that with this model. It's heavy and awkward. The trash bag holder is unnecessary. Most buyers will use a standard bag. I don't want to necessarily buy simply human bags.

This trash can is amazing! I had a sensor trash can before and with a toddler, it just got messy and toys were getting thrown away. This definitely works for my household and I’m so happy I made the switch!

This is my third trashcan from simple human And this one because the lid is 3 inches wider than the bottom trash can, everytime you step on the bar to open it, the can pushes against the wall and the can starts to tilt. The can and the lid should be flush to wall. Very expensive trashcan for a really poor design. I tried to return it, but I had already disposed of the box. And I was told that you would not accept it unless it’s in the original box again very disappointed.
