Junk Refill Rags

The can is Great!! Not so much for the extremely overpriced refill bags that you sell. A friend paid your ridiculous price for them, to go with the can I purchased, and they tear very easy. Better off using a "Glad Hefty" can liner.

One minor quibble

I love this trash can and the wait the stainless finish looks. One minor complaint. Compared to some of the smaller older trash cans with the step opener, they are not as bottom heavy. So if the trash can is empty and you step to open, the can will wobble and move a bit. It’s harder for the can to stay in place and it wobbles a bit from side to side. A minor quibble and once there is some product inside the can it doesn’t move as much. Also - it’s not particularly fingerprint resistant as advertised. Okay so two minor quibbles. But I still love it and would easily purchase more for my summer home when I can afford one.

Great Customer Service!

I love this can! After about two years of use, something went wrong and the lid wouldn't lift. I tried searching online for a way to fix it, because it is the perfect can! I went to the website to order another one and saw that there was a warranty! Customer service was great to replace my favorite kitchen can! The size, the color, the hands free lifting lid and changing bags without taking up a huge amount of space in a small kitchen makes this my favorite can! I now not only love the trash can, but I love Simple Human for being a great company that stands behind their product!
