The item dispenses on its own with no object or person in front of it. The return process at Simple Human is horrendous.

The sensor soap pump has been a tremendous help in the kitchen and bathroom, and is so convenient with three small grandkids. My kitchen and bathroom sinks stay neater with less soap scum. Thank you SimpleHuman!
