Too many issues

I really wish I had bought the 55L rectangular step can instead. I've had 3 of these cans. The first arrived with a big scratch, the 2nd stopped working and the current one has to be reset constantly because the lid stops closing all the way. Customer service has been great, but it's frustrating.

I have has other trash cans with an automatic opening top. Using these as a baseline, this can is clearly better - by a long-shot. Yes - it costs more. Without a doubt, you actually receive far more in quality, completely justifying the higher cost. I read of exceptional service. I welcome that in a time of slick marketing and the typical zero attention devoted to actual service. These guys walk the walk.

subtly better in every way

I wasn't prepared for the fact that my trash can can actively bring me joy, but here we are.
I wasn't trying to Marie Kondo my refuse container. Its really fun though. The bags fit precisely, so no more collapsing into the can. the bags really are pretty thick. I was skeptical that a small upgrade in all aspects of the whole garbage system was going to be so different. Its just *nice*.

It is amazing how quickly you miss the function of a garbage can when it doesn't respond to your command. The new can they provided me with is even better. It will stay open if you give it that command. I did not know they had made such improvements! The representative that worked with us was very nice and I wish to thank her. We are enjoying the replacement very much. Thank you!
