FOR SOME REASON, I THOUGHT IT WAS BIGGER. IT IS STILL A GOOD SIZE AND I LOVE HOW IT OPENS WITH VOICE COMMAND. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT TO FRIENDS AND FAMILY FOR SURE.

Not worth it

I love the idea of this sensor can and we bought it to replace a different brand. It’s much slower than the one we replaced. Also, the one we got was cracked on the lid and appeared to be used. I reached out to simplehuman and the quickly sent a replacement lid. That one was wrapped in plastic, which strengthens my assumption that the sensor can we received was used. And since I had already attached the odorsorb pod to the original lid, I would need to purchase another one for this lid. Overall, I’m not impressed with the can or simplehuman. I won’t buy anything else from this brand.

I got it in black and I love it!! You can either tell it to open or it will open when you come close to it. It will also close on its own after a few seconds. The "stay open" feature is lovely when cleaning and throwing multiple things away.
