It would be helpful if

It would be helpful if you could turn voice recognition off and just use the motion sensor. In an open concept living/kitchen this hears our tv and opens on its own, all day long, everyday. Otherwise I do like the can and it seems to work otherwise. I don’t know if the frequent opening on its own is a deal breaker yet or not.

I love my new trash can. I reached out to customer service and the service I received was not professional. I was not rude and I did a tone check on my end. I think your customer service reps need to be retrained on how when to provide empathy and/or sympathy.

Ever have icky hands from raw meat and need to open the trash? This is your solution! Say “Open can!” and you are in business! Why not 5 stars? Wishing the lid opened to a complete 90 degree angle for emptying.
