Incredible Trash Can

I didn't want to get this trash can, my wife convinced me to, and even then, I really didn't want it. Now that we have it, I cannot believe how amazing it really is. First, the fit, finish and details are all first rate, it looks and feels like a premium product. Second, the voice and motion controls making using this trash can an absolute pleasure. The "wow factor" wears off after the first day, then it becomes a vital part of every day life. It's cleaner, and without a doubt saves a lot of time, we previously had a foot pedal operated Simple Human and this is just faster. It may sound insignificant, but in a typical busy day, streamlining kitchen activities and speeding them up, even a little bit, is a big win. Then the last big surprise from this wonderful trashcan is changing the bags, we went with the Simple Human bags (which also are absolutely outstanding) and it is so easy and fast to change the garbage, it's easily 50% quicker than any trash can I've ever used. While not a review for the bags, they are just as great, and I could not imagine not using them at this point.
To summarize - it looks fantastic, feels fantastic to interact with, it saves time when using it, and changing the bags is a breeze (fast and effortless).

Simple human trash can.

I like the can but it does not hold odors in. It starts smelling after a day or two. I never had a problem with my other trash can. So I had to order the ones they offer for this trash can.

Best waste can on the market

This sensor waste can is much sturdier and larger capacity than my old step on can. I can talk to it, wave my hand or walk near it and the can opens. The trash bags are thicker and hold so much more. I can’t believe I waited this long to upgrade.

I have had my simple human for a month and used it less than two weeks being out of town a lot. It automatically opens well with the sensor, but doesn’t shut all the way

I’m so happy that I bought this! 99% of the time, my hands are messy and dripping some type of food or mess. I love being able to open the can before I reach it!!
