When your hands are full and it all needs to go in the trash.....just say “open can” and you dump the stuff in - brilliant idea!

LOVE YOUR CAN

We received this can last year as a Christmas gift. My wife loved it and needless to say it is in constant use. A few weeks ago it was not working properly I call the company and actually spoke to a live person who was exceptionally nice and helpful. I was told they fully honor their guarantee. I just had to ship it back and it would be replaced. Within two weeks I received a new unit at no cost.
It was a pleasure working with this company. They mean what they say and stand behind their products.

Sleek design

I’m not sure what I love more, the sleek design or showing it off. This trash can is the perfect fit for my home. Being able to tell it to open makes life so much easier when your hands are full or something is leaking. My only complaint is the trash can hears random words and opens on its own,
Overall worth the $$

Opens randomly

Unfortunately I believe this a voice sensor trash can and not a voice COMMAND sensor. It opens randomly when it hears conversation even though no one has said “open can”.

Our voice and motion sensor can is designed to open when you say "open can" or when something within 6" to 8" passes over the sensor. Conversational phrases and especially background noise from TV's or other devices are similar to the command and their sound waves may trigger the can and open it. This is totally normal and will not negatively effect or wear out the can.

Loving it so far...

I recently purchased this trash can after long consideration. It seems to hold more trash than my semi cylindrical trash can that took up more space. I love it so far and the Q liners are perfectly fitted for it.
