Love it!

I didn’t think I could get so excited about a garbage can! I love it. It fits so much more than our old plastic can. Our dog can no longer get into the garbage or knock it over. The kids have a blast telling it to open and close, which is very handy. It’s something we didn’t know we needed! Very much worth it.

I wanted to love this can, however, the new voice sensor was very sensitive and would open and close the lid all the time during normal conversion. I ended up exchanging this can for a standard step can.

The ultimate Trash Can

As a gourmet cook, having the convenience of remote voice opening, closing, and now, remaining open for the trash can is an invaluable time saver and convenience, as is its larger capacity. We have three other simplehuman cans: two dog food/cat food containers and one step-on container for recycling cans and bottles. The only other feature that would be appreciated for this can is a removable liner that could be washed, as you have in other trash cans
