The best trash can by far

Love my purchase. It listens to your command. My niece and nephew run throughout my house and it hasn’t opened on its own. I was worried their vibrations would make it open and close by itself but it has not been a problem. I’ve used my regular flex trash bags so far and they work perfectly. This was my first product purchase from this company and I’m hooked now. Referred a friend and they loved theirs too.

Technology at its Best

Love this trash can! it is roomy and elegant in its simplicity. Voice commands have proven reliable and I couldn't be happier with its roominess. I had a similar size can previously, but this one seems to hold more (as if by magic).

Yes. It is a little pricey for a garbage can but it’s worth it. I find myself talking to all of the rest of the cans in my house.

the sensor can works very well and makes it convenient to open the trash can at a distance and toss something in to it. Wonder if it comes in other languages?

I had this can for a bout 5 weeks now it does all that it suppose to, my issue is that when all is quiet I notice it opens by its self for several times a day for several minute at a time. I unplug it wait a couple minutes and the plug it back in. Which is not a big deal, high quality easy exterior cleaning. I suggest getting the simple human replacement bags perfect fit and you wont see any of the bag.

If your can is opening by itself, turn the unit off and clean the sensor (tinted window at the front of the lid trim) using a soft cloth dampened with rubbing alcohol. This will ensure that the sensor is not triggered by fingerprints, drippings, or any residue.

Nice, but no voice

Good looking, spacious. Motion sensor worked pretty well, though I wish it was a bit more sensitive as I sometimes had to make 2 or 3 swipes at it to get it to open. But voice commands wouldn't work at all. After contacting customer support and their suggestions not helping, they decided to send me a new unit which I have not yet received. Better luck next time, huh?
