Replaced Sensor Can

I am so pleased with my new sensor can! This is my second one. The sensors stopped working on my first one when it was just short of being 4 years old. I contacted Simplehuman and they replaced it with no charge to me! I can’t tell you how many times I have bought a product with a 30-90 day warranty that stopped working as soon as the warranty expired. In those cases I was just out of the money I spent because the manufacturer would not replace it. It is refreshing to do business with a company that stands behind what they sell! I will definitely be buying more Simplehuman products! Thank you and keep up the good work!

This can is sleek and a great addition to any kitchen. It is extremely useful, especially the voice command. You don’t realize just how useful it is until you start using it. I wouldn’t go back to using any other type of garbage receptacle.

It opens when we wave at it or when we say, “Open, Can,” and then we find ourselves saying, “Thank you, Can. ”
It stays clean, and, there are no smells. The best trash can ever.

Best Warranty In The Business

I have had this trash can for 4 years now. It had issues with closing and opening so SimpleHuman replaced it after diagnosing the issue. It was really a no hassle warranty activation. I have so much faith in SimpleHuman that I actually have purchased 2 more as gifts and I have a total of 5 soap dispenser sensors.
