Poor quality x3 - don’t purchase

The sensor lid has gone out 3x since I purchased. Warranty dept is nice and sends a new one but it keeps breaking. Received a new one last week and the internal bag holder separated from the can and now bags catch when you take out the full trash. It’s pitiful and pathetic. Looks lovely but that is not worth the headache this has brought me.

Surprisingly Impressed

The previous model of this trash can was discontinued - VERY disappointed, so this was my only option for this size in brushed silver.
It's amazingly quiet, love the voice feature so far, especially being able to "stay open" - on previous one, the lid kept closing on my hands when I wasn't done disposing garbage.
So far, the only CON is that it doesn't have a separate bin that the garbage bag attaches to that is set into the outer part of the trash can, so you can only wrap the bag around the outer part of the can which is seen from the outside (don't like) AND when needing to tap the interior to expel say coffee grinds from the basket, you're actually tapping against the metal of the trash can itself which will potentially cause dents in the can that will be seen on the exterior (not good). Also, the odor pods don't work to disguise any smells - save your $$ and don't buy them.

This can is great. Never realized how often you need a can to just open by talking to it. Best of all is no order while it’s shut. Great buy if you’re not a brokie.
