I must say , I absolutely love your products !! When my son realized that you can speak to the trash can , he says Mom, “ THATS SOME LABRON JAMES TYPE STUFF” .. I bet he has this trash can in his kitchen, and I said “ well if he don’t have one , then guess what “ The Ellis’s “ do. ( Dale Ellis retired NBA PLAYER).

voice activated garbage can

The compartment with the batteries has a missing spring so unable to use batteries, tried to contact you but no phone number available. many emails for info that I have sent them. I sent them the garbage can box, serial number purchase price everything needed, a picture of the spring in battery compartment. and I still keep getting messages that it will take 2 business days to get back to me. Then they ask me for this info again and again. What in Sam hill is going on. I've bought from u before and felt like u were good, but I'm really not sure about this now. So, your rating is very low if a zero in my book for this very poor service.
