This trashcan is amazing. Highly recommend. Even my grandkids have a blast with it they think it’s hilarious. They can talk to a trashcan. A little pricey, but with a coupon it makes it worth every bit.

Great item but voice control lacking

Love the trash can. It's very quiet in opening and closing. I chose to plug it in, rather than use batteries. Love the idea for trash bag storage but I do find it difficult to pull out the new bag, especially when I've only used a few bags. It's hard to grab through the small opening at the back of the can. Most disappointing is the voice control. If you are directly in front of the trash can, it's pretty accurate in opening. If you are on the side or behind it, it's disappointing. It doesn't respond to my voice unless I almost yell. Considering the cost of the unit, this is very disappointing and frustrating. The item comes with an odorsorb pod and white liners. I was surprised how the bag smelled before trash day. I don't put food waste in the trash can because it drives the dogs crazy so not sure why the bad smell. Would I buy again? Not sure. Love the 5 year warranty but really wished voice control worked better in my situation. (I have the can backing up to the base cabinet, with the right side of the can along the wall, which provides more of an open area along the wall and the can is less noticeable to company.) Definitely an investment, choose wisely.

Short trash can! Inconsistent behavior

When voice activation doesn't work (you have to practically yell), it's so short that i have to bend over to wave my hand over the sensor.im only 5'7". Unfortunately, my brand new puppy (under 20 lbs) sets off the lid raise and the can is short enough that he can pull trash out. So annoying that it's this short!! Perhaps make a stand?? Returning!! :(

This trash can is quite the upgrade my last trash can. I like it a lot as well as the trash bags that are made from 50% recycled plastic & the odor pods. Worth the price!

We love the soft open and close of this trash can as our old "step" can kept banging and nicking our cabinetry. It holds a ton of trash which is needed with our large family! I highly recommend!!!
