Have only had this trash can for about a week but we really like it. Sleek design, whisper quiet. Voice control to open so don’t drip waste onto the can using hand motion to open. Trash bags fit nice and seem strong. Very happy with the purchase!

I can't believe the amount of money I spend on a trash can than came scratch, dented and chipped. I sent photos twice and customer service is nonexistent.

Good Products- Customer Service?

We have purchased several Simple Human products over the last 10 -15 years. We usually purchase them on Black Friday/Cyber Monday for the best prices. Overall their products exude a quality appearance with a high end feel. The issue is if you ever need to contact customer service good luck?!?!???. Our dish rack started rusting and I wanted to know if the part was covered or not but I could not find how to contact CS? Online - no, ph# - no. Maybe it's me but then our 58l trash can motor stopped working, we tried to contact CS and no good! Their products are good but pricey.

Honestly, this is the most luxurious trashcan I ever had, and yes, it was a gift. Anyhow, the quality and the sensors/voice help our hands effectively when we're cooking or making food. I hate touching trash so this is the best gift one!
