This is a great can so far. I’ve only had it a week. The one thing I wish it had that other cheaper sensor cans have is an on/off switch. If it has one I haven’t found it

This will be my second SimpleHuman 58L voice and motion control sensor can. The first one I purchased was in November 2020 and I used it in my kitchen. It was brushed stainless and it looked great but when the matte black came out, I had to have that one also.
All of my kitchen appliances are black so it fits in perfectly, and now the brushed stainless can it sits in my workshop.
Both cans have special feature. Not only will they open with the phrase “Open Can”, they will also open when I say, “I Paid Cash”. I discovered this by accident after coming home one night with dinner, and my wife asked me how did you pay for the food ?
Bottom line this is a high-quality product and I would recommend it to a friend.

Love Our Simple Human

I had a simple human trash can that I bought almost 10 years ago and we loved it. Someone finally broke it so we ordered a new one that is motion and voice activated and we love it and it will probably serve us another 10 years. For the price and the amount of time we get out of these cans you just can’t beat it. I have to say the trash bags are my favorite cause they never ever break and it keeps messy things in their place.
