Love our sensor controlled can

I finally purchased a new 58L sensor can and we are loving it. The wife has mild cerebral palsy and told me she could not use the step bar on our old can. After long service, a hinge pin had broke on old can so step bar was only half opening the lid. Our new can is giving the wife a new freedom when throwing her trash away and I am enjoying talking and motioning to our new can. Love Simplehuman quality.

Voice control does not work

The sensor works great but the voice control does not work on the can I just received. Is there a way to reset it or do I need a replacement?

I purchased the white. I love the shape and how nice it is not having to step on anything to lift the lid. I would highly recommend this product! The odor absorbing pods seem to really help.

Why do you use those old school stickers that are impossible to remove and make the can look terrible as you try to remove them? Also they are quite large. This needs to be improved upon.
