I ordered a replacement for my original simplehuman dish rack because of some rust and broken brackets. Why doesn’t the new one have the wooden slotted knife basket? I am using the old steel rack so I can keep using the original utensile basket array. It almost fits.

This purchase and trying to return it is truly harder that I thought. Working with a bot and fedex not picking it up on the date agreed to. Very frustrating. Will never order again and will advise others.

Been using this dish rack for about a week and so far we really like it. The drain spout works great to keep water out of the bottom of the dish rack. An added plus is that the spout moves so it can be adjusted over the sink to suit your needs. Another outstanding simple human product.
