I would give this product a higher rating but I have difficulty with the safety switch on the handle. I have some arthritis in my hands and can use the trigger just fine. But pressing on the extra safety switch is difficult for me to do. I wish there was some way to disable that switch. I like the versatility of being able to use the saw with or without the pole. By the way I do not have a extra safety switch on my regular chain saw ,so why here?

Recently purchased one of these saws and have never been more pleased. Easy to use and being able to convert it to a small handheld is awesome. I have owned many types of chainsaws before and this one works great for the smaller jobs

this product is easy to use but it advertised that it will reach 15 feet but that is only if you are over 6 feet tall it only extends to 9 feet you have to include your arms and height to reach to 15 feet.

Great for small jobs

A very useful tool for cutting small trees and small tree size branches. Being able to remove the saw from the pole increases it's versatility by leaps and bounds. I have used my saw on several occasions, latest was Hurricane Irma and I am thoroughly impressed with this unit. Truly a great saw!!!

this appears to be a well made easy product to use with one exception. The automatic chain oiler doesn't hold much oil so it requires filling it several times during much cutting and/or trimming.

As others have mentioned, you must keep an eye on the oil level, but this machine is a real workhorse. The telescoping section works well and converting between pole saw and chain saw is quick. I’ve done some heavy work with it and am impressed with its performance.

I was sceptical at first look, then what a surprised at how strong and maneuverable this little chin saw was (is), I'm 79 years old and in two days I took down a large tree in my backyard. The tree was about 25 feet tall with a trunk about 12 inches in diameter. The first day I was able to cut most all of the limbs away from the main trunk using the extension pole and a ladder, the second day I was able to cut the trunk from top to bottom and then cut all the large limbs and truck into 12 inch firewood.. The only negative I found is the oil tank is rather small and must be refilled a bit too often. otherwise it was great. I highly recommend this product.
