Great mower - no support for parts after purchase

I bought this mower just over 2 years ago and have enjoyed it. However, there is literally no way to buy replacement blades. I have not been able to buy them and they have never been in stock.

Solid electric reel mower

Good, solid inexpensive reel mower for smaller lawns, especially bermudagrass lawns. If the lawn is not very level, will get some scalping, so need to be careful about pacing and which direction you mow. I would ask that Sunjoe incorporate a plastic "roller" (4" diameter or so, 22" in length) in the front instead of wheels...this might help with scalping issues. Would like to see a battery model, too. Overall, a very good product for the price! Could be great with a roller in front and/or a battery model.

Love to use this lawn mower its light and easy to push, the catcher works really well. Only thing I noticed when mowing, it doesn't cut the exact width of the mower so you have to use the top of the mower to align with the cut. Other then that love it. Ed

Reel mower on St. Augustine lawn

Ok, so a little challenging on thick St. Augustine grass, but the quality of finished cut is very nice. If your a do it yourselfer and want to take the time for a good looking groomed lawn, this mower could be for you.

It works, but has room for improvements

It works, but it needs a little more innovation. It needs increased power, lithium batteries, the cord takes twice as long to do a yard, and I think it’s really more of a finishing yard product versus trying to cut several inches, being used on Bermuda grass currently, just needs more power and cordless option.

Needs More Power and Cordless To Save Time

Has great potential, but next model that gets an upgrade on AMPS with a front roller wheel attachment and make it cordless and let me trade mine in (less than 45 days old) and used 4 times for the newer model with more AMPS and cordless!!!
