Great Lightweight Trimmer - a few assembly issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Since I already have a 24V hedge trimmer I bought the string trimmer only for a good price. Assembly was ok except for (1) wasn't sure whether to remove the rubber thingies that evidently just kept the shaft from scraping when disassembled for shipping (you need to do this) and (2) sticking the shaft parts together required a little bit of effort (hint - I used rubber gloves to better grip). Once assembled, it's easy to use - starts easily, battery inserts great. I think it does a fair trimming job if you're not doing a wide swath. If you're doing a lot of trimming over a large area, maybe a larger size (this is 10" - bigger than my previous 9" trimmer that was 34 years old and had a cord). Not sure how long the battery lasts - I trimmed for about 20 minutes and it was still going strong.
Pros: Cost-Saver, Easy to Use, Quiet

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used my new vacuum and mulcher twice and have not been happy. The blower and vacuum is comfortable to use, especially in comparison to my last one from a different manufacturer. However, the batteries only part about 30 minutes and take hours to recharge. I have a horseshoe chestnut tree in my front yard and the leaves and the chestnuts are difficult to mulch. The machine does a better job mulching the leaves in the backyard, but the battery life is an issue there too.
Pros: Easy to Use, Environmentally Safe
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
