This is my first cordless chain saw, and it is my new favorite tool! Use for limbs, cutting down small trees on a hillside, shrubs - all without the danger of ladders or climbing down a hill. Easy start - no hassle of a gas engine. It is a little heavy in some uses, and I wish the battery charger was 'smart' - you have to remove the battery from the charger after it is charged, not like my other lithium battery tools where I can just leave the battery in the charger.

I purchased this saw for the purpose of cutting some small extending branches over my driveway, because I thought that I would need a much powerful saw to cut the much larger limbs, boy was I wrong, just apply a little pressure and proper technique and the job is done. "NEVER WOULD HAVE THOUGHT THATA BATTERY OPERATED SAW COULD PERFORM SO WELL"

I trimmed along a spruce windrow, about 3 packed front-end loader fulls, everything from twigs to big as my arm. This trimmer worked well, easy to operate, definitely a lot easier than my manual trimmer! Charged the battery completely before use and it still showed full charge after all that...I was impressed. My only wish is that it were slightly longer but overall I am very pleased with this purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] And that telescoping chainsaw pruner is real nice the only problem is that the battery takes too long to charge back up you need to have it so it works faster so when you're doing in the middle of the job in the battery goes dead you even put it in a reasonable time instead of waiting 3-4 hours for to charge up
