difficult assembly

My experience started when the product was delivered with the box completely opened and strapped together to hold everything together. I was unable to determine if any parts were missing because the assembly instructions was missing. I was able to download the instructions, and proceeded to put together this cart. The machining of some of the pre-drilled holes were not aligned with the cart structure. As a result, I had to gouge out some of the holes in order to assemble correctly. The front resting bar I was completely unable to align to secure, so it is loose. It is bigger than it appears. The tires are good quality. It is a moderate value.
But with caution! Tools do not fit unique hardware included to assemble the cart. You will need two people, lots of time, and patience. A very frustrating assembly process. Would not but this again. Problems with axle after two days of use. But it is sturdy and is working well bi recommend adding washers on the axle. If you have your own tools and time, it’s worth it. But I would recommend another product.

Disappointing

I was very excited about the cart. It was easy to put together, was easy to manipulate around my yard and I thought it was the "cat's meow". However, my joy was deflated with the tire situation. The first tire was replaced after it became flat. The company sent me another tire because it is not a standard tire. The second tire lasted one season. I have never exceeded the weight limit and the cart is stored in my garage. The cart itself looks brand new. The tires are not made for yard work. Summary: Good cart, excellent customer service, lousy tires. Cart is definitely not made for "hauling heavy loads around the yard and garden" as advertised.
This cart assembles easily and is very functional. With the pneumatic tires, it maneuvers easily over uneven surfaces, especially with a heavy load inside. In comparison to the competition at this price point, it cannot be beaten.

I have had this cart for a year now and it is a very nice cart. The only thing that would make it a great cart is to use semi pneumatic tires on it.
Seems to be a good utility cart. Should hold up for a long time, as long as it does not get left out in the rain.

Great the first year. The paint peeled off the second year. Now in year three, the wood is rotting through and the hardware is falling off. Disappointing.
