Handles fell apart after the first use. Then I had to repack it and return it. New one arrived and I installed a metal bracing strip piece (see picture) between the handles. I've used it several times now without any more handle problems falling apart.
Your company could save a lot of money by doing this fix. My handyman time and materials were minimal to perform this simple task but not everyone is going to be able to perform this modification correctly.
I had a 30-year-old mantis tiller given to me, it could not touch our heavy clay soil. I ordered this tiller with the expectation that it would not do much better. Boy was I surprised! This tiller brought back my gardening ambition. In my existing beds it did a phenomenal job, but it also worked well in creating some new beds where previously grass and farm weeds were growing. I would certainly recommend this tool to others .
Easy to put together. I've only used it once so far to tear up 10' x 20' dead section of my lawn infested with Bermuda grass. This tiller has some decent power. Worked its way through the dry ground loaded with with the grass roots quickly. Will use it in my garden area in the spring.
I have to say I am extremely pleased with how well this little machine works. I just tilled my 20 x8 garden today. Worked like a champ! This was very easy to put together out of the box. Nice & light, easily to maneuver in the garden. I would recommend for light garden jobs with minimal weeds. I would buy another one.
I was impressed with this product the moment I started to put it together. How easy! Then when I actually started to use it I was impressed at how low the noise level was for such a work horse. I'll admit that I was a little scared at actually redoing my entire yard (replanting, installing a walkway and vegetable garden) on my own but with my cultivator I am already seeing great results in such a short time. I highly recommend this product to all the ladies out there that like to get a little dirty.
Pros: Lightweight, Rugged, Powerful, Compact, Easy To Use
I would recommend this to a friend!

Gear Box needs redesign

Unit is small light powerful nimble but I discovered when the tiller failed, I took the gear box and noticed that the gearbox was held by four wood screws to a nylon block, Two adjacent screws eventually became loose and a result the bevel gear was forced to work at an angle that ventually wore out the bevel fiber glass gear tooth. If screws were redesigned with a bolt and a locknut it should do the job.
Pros: Easy To Use, Powerful, Lightweight, Compact
Cons: Flimsy, Wood Screws Used To Hold
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have always been reluctant to buy electric yard equipment. This cut through our orange clay yard for our garden with great results. It was damp the first time I broke up the ground, I didn't have time to wait. It did good. As the ground dried and I went over it again, it worked better and better. I haven't been this pleased with a new purchase in quite a while. Absolutely recommend.
Pros: Quality Construction, Reduced Noise, Style/Design, Handling/Manueverability, Weight, Ease Of Assembly, Easy To Use, Quality Cut, Low Vibration
